About Nydaymuse
Nydaymuse makes downloadable productivity tools for freelancers, creators, and everyday organization. The range includes offline HTML desks, spreadsheets, Notion packs, and AI prompt packs. This website explains the tools and their workflows; the Nydaymuse Gumroad shop handles downloads and purchases.
What the tools help with
The freelance path has four stages, plus a Bundle when you want them together:
- Win — Hook keeps leads moving; Quote prices the work; Close shapes proposals (Cue’s prompts now live inside Close).
- Set terms — Scope fills a statement of work (Bound and Pitch PDFs are included there; they are no longer sold separately).
- Run + protect — Kickoff starts the client well; Drift catches extras; Change ($15) formalizes the order.
- Get paid — Slip sends a one-page invoice; Nudge follows up; Ops tracks aging; Praise captures wins.
- Bundle — the Client Workflow Bundle ($49) packs Hook → Quote → Close → Scope → Kickoff → Drift → Slip → Nudge → Ops → Praise in one download.
- The guide directory also covers job searches, photography, podcasts, video planning, and family logs.
About these guides
The guides are published by Nydaymuse and describe Nydaymuse products. Product links lead to our own shop. Examples, sample rows, and mock previews illustrate a workflow; they are not customer results or testimonials. Replace sample data and check every draft before using it.
Check each product's Gumroad listing for its current price, included files, and purchase terms. A guide's update date refers to the page, not a promise that the downloadable product changed on that date.
Downloads and data
Offline HTML tools open in your browser after download. Where a tool uses browser storage, records are tied to that browser and device; clearing storage can remove them. Keep a separate backup using the export feature described for that tool. Download and purchase links require internet access.
Files you import into Notion or paste into an AI service are then handled by that service. An offline companion does not make the separate Notion or AI workflow local. Prompt packs provide text to use with your own AI account.
Choosing a download
Start with the guide for the task you need to complete and check the listed format. These are self-service downloads; check the product listing before purchasing if you need setup help, integrations, or a particular workflow.
