Keep the claim close to its context
Write what changed, save the supporting source, and record the relevant limitations. Review permissions and redactions before sharing client material. If a source does not support a claim, narrow the wording or leave the claim out.
Notion CSV files require manual import and property setup; Excel formulas, formatting, validation, relations, rollups and automated approval checks do not transfer. Follow the separate manual evidence, snapshot and permission-review workflow. Proof does not independently verify evidence, obtain permission or provide legal clearance. All included examples are fictional.
Review your spreadsheet changes
Open the free, open-source Sheet Check to compare two CSV or XLSX tables by a key column and inspect duplicate or missing keys. It processes files in your browser. Keep your original files: it does not recalculate formulas, validate product-specific business rules, or certify a workbook.
Questions before you download
Is there a subscription?
No. The Evidence Card is USD 0, with an optional contribution. The separate Client Case Study Studio is USD 12, paid once.
Is this a native one-click Notion template?
No. Import the CSV files and set up properties manually as instructed. Notion import does not recreate workbook formulas, formatting, validation, relations, rollups or automated approval checks. Evidence, snapshot and permission checks are manual.
Does Proof verify my evidence or clear it for publication?
No. Its checks help review the data you enter. You must verify claims, permissions and any limits on sharing client information. It does not provide legal clearance.
Are the examples real client results?
No. All sample cases are original fictional teaching examples, not customer results or endorsements.
Is individual support included?
Self-serve download. No setup, customization, or individual usage support included.
Compatibility and checks
Workbook formulas were checked in the authoring engine and independently recalculated in LibreOffice. Microsoft Excel desktop UI and live Notion import were not tested.
