- Four blank and four fictional-demo input CSV tables for manual Notion import
- Quickstart, manual Notion guide and fictional practice scenario
From submitted work to a manual invoice review
- Define the fixed-fee package, brief version and exact reference
- Record the submitted version and assign concrete checks to its review
- Inspect the work and store the reviewed snapshot as values
- Reconcile the billed, accepted-work and paid amounts you record
- Use the recorded status to decide what needs your attention next
“Ready for manual invoice review” means the recorded checks allow the next human step. It does not establish that a payment is authorized, due, sent or complete.
One project and currency per workbook; one invoice per package; 1–10 requirements per review, including at least one required check. The four tables have 100 prepared rows each, including retained history. Hourly billing, split invoices, tax calculations and retainers are outside this workflow.
Snapshots are editable input records, not signatures, file checksums or tamper-proof audit trails. Reinspect changed files. A change inside an external file with the same recorded version and reference cannot be detected by the workbook.
Before you download
Crew is for the buyer of fixed-fee creative subcontracted work. It is a self-serve, editable recordkeeping download. The files use .xlsx workbooks; no native Microsoft Excel or live Notion import test is claimed. Individual setup, customization and individual usage support are not included. All examples are fictional teaching scenarios.
CSV files require manual import and property setup in Notion. They do not carry Excel formulas, formatting, validation, relations, rollups or automatic status checks. This is not a native one-click Notion template. Excel and Notion do not synchronize.
Crew does not inspect or independently verify submitted files or evidence. It does not establish legal acceptance, approve invoices, determine legal amounts owed, or initiate payments. No legal, contract, tax, worker-classification, accounting or payment advice is provided.
Review your spreadsheet changes
Open the free, open-source Sheet Check to compare two CSV or XLSX tables by a key column and inspect duplicate or missing keys. It processes files in your browser. Keep your original files: it does not recalculate formulas, validate product-specific business rules, or certify a workbook.
Questions before you download
Is there a subscription?
The Single-assignment Review Card is USD 0+ with no required payment. The separate Subcontractor Delivery Desk is USD 12, paid once.
What does a completed review establish?
It records the inputs and checks you entered. You must inspect the exact submission and evidence yourself. A record is not legal acceptance or invoice approval.
Can I use the CSV files in Notion?
Yes, with manual import and property setup. Workbook formulas, validation, formatting, linked-table logic and automated checks do not transfer. Use the included manual guide; the two copies do not synchronize.
Do you set it up for me?
This is a self-serve download with written guides. Individual setup, customization and individual usage support are not included.
Are the examples real client results?
No. All included examples are fictional teaching scenarios, not customer results or endorsements.
