Weekly Client Status Digest — Notion or Excel Done/Next/Blocked
By Nydaymuse · Updated
What belongs in a weekly client status digest?
Client cadence + channel, one digest per week_of, topic lines (Done / Next / Blocked / Ask), and a sent log with reply tracking.
Active clients should not hunt for updates. One short weekly note beats a long silence — or a chaotic Slack dump.
Pulse is Nydaymuse’s $12 dual-format pack: Clients, Digests, Topics, and Sent_Log as Notion CSVs and as an Excel / Sheets workbook. Pick one.
One digest per active Weekly client
Hold tracks waiting-on-client blockers. Beacon is lead follow-up. Pulse is the dual-format weekly status you send to active clients. Pair with Hold, Harbor, and Beacon.
Blocked topics link to Hold
If a topic is Blocked, open or update a Hold row and nudge once — do not bury the ask inside a long email.
Friday: Sent or intentional Skip
Every Active Weekly client gets a Sent digest or a marked Skip. Log replies the same day so next week's Ask section stays honest.
Pulse — dual Notion + Excel pack ($12)
Pulse is buy-once, English, no support. Notion CSVs (Clients, Digests, Topics, and Sent_Log) plus an Excel / Sheets workbook. Fictional SAMPLE rows — delete and replace. Not Cue, Bound, or Pitch.
