Installment Schedule Log — Notion or Excel multi-part payments
By Nydaymuse · Updated
What belongs in an installment schedule log?
Invoices with plan type, installment rows that sum to the total, a week-of schedule, and a plan-health status snapshot.
Multi-part plans fail quietly when due dates live only in email. A calm installment desk beats surprise balances.
Tally is Nydaymuse’s $12 dual-format pack: Invoices, Installments, Schedule, and Status as Notion CSVs and as an Excel / Sheets workbook. Pick one.
Installments must sum to the invoice
Pier schedules deposits at contract start. Till logs receipts → balance. Tally is the dual-format multi-part plan: 2/3/4-part rows with due dates and plan health. Pair with Pier, Till, and Ops.
Due this week gets a reminder — or stop work
Mark Due → Paid or Missed. At-risk Status rows need a reminder action the same week. Defaulted → stop unpaid work.
Month close fills next month's schedule
Before the 1st, draft Schedule rows for every Active plan so nothing surprises you mid-month.
Tally — dual Notion + Excel pack ($12)
Tally is buy-once, English, no support. Notion CSVs (Invoices, Installments, Schedule, and Status) plus an Excel / Sheets workbook. Fictional SAMPLE rows — delete and replace. Not Cue, Bound, or Pitch.
