Rule of thumb: If the gallery has no expiry logged, set one the day you send the link. Quiet clients often mean forgotten bookmarks — not unhappy buyers.

Big production call sheets are overkill for a two-person wedding or a brand half-day. Shot’s print view keeps timeline, location, and gear on one page you can fold into a pocket. Fill it the night before while the shot list checkboxes are still fresh, then stop rearranging folders on your phone in the parking lot.
Client emails without reinventing tone
Inquiry replies should set expectations: packages, deposit, and what you need from them. Gallery-ready notes should tell them how long the link lasts and how revisions work.
