Free pregnancy and baby Notion tracker + offline night feed, sleep, and diaper logger
By Nydaymuse · Updated
What is included in the Nest pregnancy and baby tracker?
Nest is Nydaymuse’s free pack of Notion-ready records plus Nest Night Desk, an offline HTML logger for feeds, sleep, and diapers. Night Desk stores entries in your browser; records imported into Notion are handled by Notion. Nest is for personal organization, not medical decisions.
Not medical advice. Nest is for personal organization only. It is not a substitute for prenatal or pediatric care. Do not use Nest for dosing, diagnosis, growth percentiles, or clinical decisions. Confirm all health questions with your clinician.
Pregnancy spreadsheets scatter across Notes and group chats. Newborn nights turn into fog: Was the last feed two hours ago or four? Which side? Who changed the diaper? Cloud baby apps want accounts, subscriptions, and another login when you are holding a sleeping infant with one hand.
Nest is a free $0 pregnancy and baby pack: Notion-ready CSVs for longer-term prenatal and newborn archives, plus Nest Night Desk — a single offline HTML file for one-tap feed, sleep, and diaper logs at 3am. English UI on warm paper. SAMPLE rows included. No subscription baby app — and no $8–$19 “planner only” paywall for the night logger.
Nest — free pregnancy & baby pack
Paid Notion pregnancy planners often stop at checklists. Nest adds Nest Night Desk — offline one-tap feed / sleep / diaper logs that stay on your device. Notion CSVs for the archive. Free $0 download · No support · Not medical advice.
Prenatal logs without rebuilding Notion from scratch
Before birth you need calm places for appointments, symptoms and vitals you choose to record, kick counts, vitamins and meds as free text, tests and results, hospital bag, nesting checklist, birth preferences, and a simple budget list. Nest ships SAMPLE CSV databases and a master Markdown template so you import into free Notion — or paste schemas by hand — instead of inventing property names at midnight.
The pregnancy hub points at prenatal databases; after birth you pin the baby hub and keep pregnancy rows as records. Nest never calculates doses or percentiles — dose and growth fields are free text you enter yourself.
Newborn daily logs that survive the night shift
Notion is excellent for archive views, calendars, and caregiver handoff pages. It is a poor one-handed logger at 3am. Nest Night Desk fills that gap: open nest-night-desk.html in any browser, bookmark it on your phone home screen, and tap Feed, Sleep, or Diaper without scrolling a property-heavy database.
- Now — hours and minutes since last feed, last wake, and last diaper (live).
- Feed — Breast L / R / Both, Bottle with ml or oz, optional Pump, caregiver, notes.
- Sleep — start and end, nap or night, caregiver; active sleep shows on Now.
- Diaper — Wet / Dirty / Both with caregiver attribution.
- Log — recent list with edit, delete, and filter.
- Settings — caregivers, hide modules after the newborn phase, units, SAMPLE reset, Export/Import JSON, Print day summary.
Use Night Desk for quick taps; export JSON or re-enter into Notion CSVs when you want a longer-term archive. When you outgrow newborn logging, hide Feed, Sleep, or Diaper in Settings — progressive simplify, not lifetime tracking theater.

How Nest fits a calm week
- Import — Markdown and CSVs into Notion (or paste schemas) during a daylight hour.
- Delete SAMPLE — replace with your appointments, preferences, and contacts before caregivers join.
- Bookmark Night Desk — phone home screen for feeds, sleep, and diapers overnight.
- Archive when ready — export JSON or copy into Notion; hide modules you no longer need.
Caregiver handoff pages stay organizational — contacts and routine blocks, not clinical protocols. Provider question lists are blank prompts only.
Frequently asked questions

Use Notion’s Import → Markdown & CSV with template.md and the CSVs in databases/, or paste schemas from the template into a blank page. Free Notion works. There is no live Duplicate gallery link and no Notion API required.
Does Nest Night Desk work offline?
Yes. After you download the zip, open the HTML file locally. Data stays in localStorage until you export. No signup and no upload.
Is Nest medical advice?
No. Nest is personal organization only — not prenatal or pediatric care, not dosing calculators, not growth percentile engines. Always confirm health decisions with your clinician.
Is Nest free?
Yes. Download free on Gumroad. No support included. SAMPLE data ships in the zip — replace it with yours.
How is Nest different from paid Notion pregnancy planners?
Many paid Notion pregnancy templates ($8–$20 range on Gumroad) focus on trimester checklists, shopping lists, and birth-plan pages. Nest is free and pairs Notion CSVs with Nest Night Desk — an offline HTML logger for feeds, sleep, and diapers when you need one-handed taps. Not a live Duplicate gallery link; you import Markdown/CSV yourself.
